Intempo Dance Sensations is an extension of Intempo Dance Ensemble 501(c)(3).
It is the competition team under the branch of IDE. These young and passionate dancers audition to be a part of this team and go around the Katy and greater Houston area to compete in regional conventions and competitions. Sensations is under the direction of Debbie Shakespeare, who has been thriving in the competition and convention world for over 30 years.
The Sensations Competition Team is committed to excelling through creativity, passion, and artistic exploration. We strive to inspire and empower our dancers by providing a platform for innovative choreography, expressive movement, and competitive excellence. Our mission is to foster a community where creativity thrives, and every dancer is encouraged to push the boundaries of their artistic potential, earning recognition and awards along the way.
In collaboration with all three directors, Rocio Braggiato (IDE) Debbie Shakespeare (Sensations) and Coco Braggiato (Community), the goal is to allow students to express themselves through dance and educate them on various cultures, styles, and critiques to become better dancers and people!
